This is the portfolio site of Hilde Meeus
Hilde Meeus (Arnhem 1980) studied graphic design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam (2002-2006) after
a concluded study in modern Dutch literature at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (1998-2002), where she also did many courses in philosophy.
In her practice she combines her interest for language, text and graphic design.
She shares a studio space in Amsterdam with seven graphic designers, including her twin sister Janna, with whom she collaborates often.
By the side of this practice she is a member of the editor board of Perdu, a literary centre. She organised programs there about non-existing books, unusual lectures, very short stories, prologues and ritual language.
